Process and procedures are super important to KKI and each client follows this same process in order to know what to expect and for expectations to be met! In order for you to get from THIS below to THIS ...we follow the simple 11 steps!

STEP 1:

Discovery Call 

 

Kim the Principal Designer and Owner will go over your project details + goals on a

10-30 minute Discovery Call

STEP 2: 

Schedule a Consultation 

We schedule an in person or Facetime (out of state) Paid Consultation, this is up to an hour consultation where you tell me all the spaces you want to magically change

STEP 3: 

Design Fee Estimation 

I send out a Design Fee Quote of the areas we are working on based on priorities you set.

STEP 4: 

Contracts and Admin

You love me and I love you--you accept quote and we do some small admin things; i.e. Contract, 100% of Design Fee Retainer & we get started on the next step

STEP 5:

Collect Ideas 

 

Pinterest is a perfect space to collect a few ideas that you love so we can understand what your design aesthetic might be!

STEP 6: 

Design Board

KKI designs and you sit back relax and get excited to see magic made by the end of 2-3 weeks turnaround time.

STEP 7: 

Trades Day 

We meet with all trades that need to bid out the project so we can see an accurate quote for your new designed spaces.

STEP 8: 

Procurement 

You send funds and we get to ordering all those fun furnishings and getting the tradesmen on their way to building out what we need

STEP 9:

Install 

 

The finish line....this is where magic happens. We move all the pieces in and you come home to an HGTV moment!

Wrap up

Wrap up any things outstanding that haven't been delivered and any monies owed
