This Tempe Home was a complete gut down to the studs.  Clients purchased a dated looking Spanish Mediterranean home and wanted to make it more modern and fresh.  We needed to rearrange some walls to make it more function by having the kitchen go where old dining space was. Current dining space was a living room beforehand and was not functional.  We added double islands for more seating and cute breakfast nook for storage and function. Primary bedroom and bath got an overhaul expanding current room and making the bathroom vanity go on the once tub wall for some natural light upon getting ready. What a stunning space.
